Bluetooth doesn't need internet. It needs Bluetooth. It's how wireless peripherals have connected for like 20+ years.

Those cherry mx keyboards are pretty good. You should be able to get about $50 each. Keyboards with Cherry mx switchs are what many keyboard aficionados want.
