The only bad thing about that " No Maintenance " back yard with all that Gravel is.... If you start to get weeds, and they get away from you and start filling the back yard, they are hell to get rid of. Big Super I once ask a developer why do you build these big beautiful homes so spacious in the living areas but the bedroom are so small he said people spend more time entertaining than they do in their bedrooms. The housing track that starts at 91st ave and camelback and going west has homes with large bedrooms.

@aquisearcher3 жыл бұрын
Here is what it like about the house. I like the overall spacious of the home. For the square footage the price is surprisingly good. As I am from the east coast, the price would be well above $1.00 per square foot. In VA, the coast would be 1.5 times higher at the least. I am not a fan of front facing garages but this one looks like part of the home. In other words, it does not look like a big old garage slapping you in the face before you can see the front door. That is a plus for me. Ideally I would like to have the garage attached to the side of the home.
@angelabilyeu29272 жыл бұрын
Almost all garages are front facing here. Only neighborhoods from the 50's and 60's have alleys. Those neighborhoods are hard to find. Phoenix was much smaller then. They also usually have larger lots, smaller homes, and breezeways instead of garages.

It is a nice home, just wish it had more pantry storage. Also, whoever buys it needs to check that backyard wall as it looked water damaged at the bottom in some places which may require significant repair. Okay this is a little better than some of the other stuff you were showing. The house is make a little more sense however there are some downsides. No ceiling in the bedrooms….really?!?!?!? Next why is there no stainless steel microwave. This is toying with my emotions. The closet’s are okay but the storage systems in the closet take away from the special content….improvement is needed there for sure. Where is the washer and dryer? I noticed the same scenario with homes to rent in Arizona, it seems as though the amenities in homes are upgraded in some parts of the homes am not other. WOW, this house is still too expensive. Nice but no deal. I remember my dad retired from military in the late 90's. He and my mom had a house built brand new. It was in a VERY nice area. For those who know about Valrico, Fl. Outside of Tampa. It was VERY nice back then.I vividly remember seeing signs on houses for sale from the 60, 000 dollar range. If someone decides to rent this house, at the price their asking; in just two SHORT years, the owner would have gained almost 50.000 dollars. That is an INSANE amount of money to my opinion, NOT worth that type of investment.
@amarie1993 жыл бұрын
Every things more expensive especially if everyone is moving to locations cheapest state is Texas however more people are starting to move there the more people the more expensive it gets everyone becomes money hungry which is every no matter where you go everywhere is increasing not only that the location is never to schools stores and everything Estrella is the location everyone wants because everything is 2-3 minutes away driving pricing is based on location (community) and how many people live in the state for that area this is actually cheap for the amount they paid in the 90s you get a trailer can’t live in the past for amount of a home if that’s the case it’s hurry and buy or build in Texas only place you’ll get it cheap

@@amarie199 Or, Society can see a MASS homeless problem, and be FORCED to build affordable housing. With NEW strings of the corona virus continuously invading society, HOW do we know jobs will continuously flourish and stay open. Getting into that type of debt is insane, I don't care HOW a person's earns in a month. With utilities, and yard maintenance, who ever rents that property will be out of at least 3,000 a month, on bills alone. A little under 36,000 in a year is WAY too much to invest in property that's not yours. Why HELP invest in someone else's wealth. I would live in a van for two years and save before I invest that much money into someone else's stock pile. My daughter literally gets 10,000 a month, and I KNOW she wouldn't even invest that much unless it was her own.
@freenchrist29353 жыл бұрын
When greed is involved, EVERY ONE loses..This is probably WHY, the GREEDY land lord's (NOT all) had to endure almost two years of people living rent free in their property. I felt bad for the good land lord's, that got taken advantage of; never the less; there is too much shady things going on with rental properties, with GREED being front and center. My sister has been renting a house for over 10 years. Her 3 bedroom house is still under 1,000. If her land lord KNOWS she's a GREAT tenant, WHAT would be the logic of going up 1,000 dollars on rent, just because they can? That amount is insane, unless you're actually rich. And I know that is not a wealthy area..In a 7 year period, the average person could of paid off on a home of their own paying 36,000 a year. SAD, but the truth!
