In this Goodwill thrift with me I am still in Florida thrifting, in this episode I hit 3 different stores and in one of them I find a Gucci t-shirt that appears to be authentic and if so it's worth over $200! Wowza! See that find and all the others and stick around for a try on haul of all my clothing finds.

I worked at GW Corporate, Florida. People need to know that the employees at GW are supervised clients who have a mental or physical "disability" or are being reintegrated into society. So, I have not seen this massive "Baggy" issue in any other GW . You have a manager who has an issue with micro organization. Most bags have random collection of the same sort of item. But not similar. Like all cat mugs. Or all frog items, Corporate is not going to like this. Forcing people to purchase everything in one bag like that is going to hurt the sales. Plus the added expense of the baggies. 😮 This needs to be reported to the county corporate office, Case councelors and the President of that office. So these employees can be properly retrained!!

I live in south Florida. My Goodwill stores do not have baggies. They also don't hire people with disabilities to work in the stores, they put up signs when they are hiring and anyone can apply.

The baggy thing is NOT a thing in SW FL. I've never seen it anywhere in FL, so it must be an Orlando/Kissimmee deal!

My local Florida goodwill have started doing the baggies on certain things..such as kitchen utensils and plush. Also bags of ties. I would not like all those baggies.

Looks like they put one good thing in the baggy and then not so good stuff that isn’t selling so you have to purchase all of it.

When it comes to Vera for myself, I pick prints that I really like. Now, when it comes for reselling, I only pick up the Veras that are specific prints. Such as animals, sea life, nautical - those do much better for me or very old vintage prints. There’s just not as big of a following with Vera anymore as there used to be but I still enjoy her bags!!!

Danni I noticed that on the back of the pen holder box, it showed that there is actually a collection of different pen holders relating to the one you found. So If I was you...I would definitely keep it with the box so whoever purchases it from you, they may want to go on the treasure hunt to look for the rest of them. Good luck.

I never seen cups & glasses sold in bags like that. I bought a bag at our thrift store for $3.99. I wanted the pampered chef measuring cup as I know it's worth more them that, my granddaughter took the other stuff to play with .😂. I read all the Nancy Drew books thanks for sharing 😀🇨🇦

100% truth! I hate when they tape things together. It removes paint. I also do not like when they put their super sticky tags on the front of leather wallets and handbags it ruins the leather.

All I think about when I see all those items in plastic bags, is the recycling issue. Terrible, and I don't really care what the reasoning behind it is. Here on the British Columbia coast were are very protective and pro-active with recycling.

Not sure what that means actually, I tend to not be able to see things with a loupe if I can't see them with my own eyes so I generally don't take the extra time trying and will either buy and look further at home (and share later) or leave it if I'm not sure.

We called them WALKING SHORTS back in the 80s. I loved them then and I love them now. Their versatility can’t be beat 😁Great for casual but they can actually be great for dressing up too. I think the baggies are good marketing. Gets people to buy more in groups then less goes to the bins. On ceramic in Florida I believe it comes from the New England people who retire down there. That’s where I want to go back too treasure hunt. I lived there in the 90’s and remember all kinds of goodies. Now I live in north Arizona and not much treasures are found here.

We're you thinking of the word batik style, instead of tie die or Bermuda length instead of cut off? The black bathing suit with tie cover-up looks just that. It's too casual for the wedding. The white long sleeved looks perfect for that occasion on you. One more thing, you look stunning in the medium sized blouses and dresses. When you wear slacks, shorts or flowing tops that are too full, it detracts from your figure. I enjoy your videos and have followed you for years.

The cat is Pouchette and she got all the money. Above the kne are "walking" or "bermuda" shorts, below the knee to upper calf are "pedal pushers" or "capri" mid to slightly lower calf are "cropped", and above to mid ankle are "ankle". There are inseam lengths that correspond but basically these are pant lengths. Then you get into leg shapes and widths which is a story for another day. Keep the clothes you like and will wear and never keep anything too small. Too many women wear clothing that is too small and unflattering, not to mention uncomfortable, especially in the heat. The Prabal isnt a Target colab, its a Nieman Marcus so its real. I think its early, but its an actual designer piece. That lace dress would be gorgeous on Rachel!.

It’s not a good idea when GW does all those baggie sales. I feel as being forced to buy extra items. Then stuck with extra items one doesn’t like or want and a waste of money. I feel those baggies with stuff lump together are going to end up in the GW Bins or in city trash dump. Edited : Also the GW kills the fun of shopping or a hunt for treasures with items lump into baggies.
