Whats the name of the shop at around 12:10? I was excited about going to Kuromon until I saw the prices in this video.

The shop's name is Uo-Fuku, here is the location. maps.app.goo.gl/RFj3YwvMdc2rXdCH8 This place has a retro Japanese vibe, and oysters are fresh, not frozen imports like some other shops in Kuromon Market.

Can you recommend where to eat crabs in osaka or kyoto, at least not expensive as JPY 4500 per leg. I will be heading to japan thiis coming November.

When people think of eating crab in Osaka, they think of Kanidoraku in Dotonbori. Going there for dinner can be more than your budget depending on what you order. Remember you need to make a reservation because it is super popular with Chinese travelers. If you go for lunch, you can eat within your budget and probably no need for reservation.
