I ride from Nakuru to Marigat, in Kenya, in Africa.
First, I have to escape an ambush from journalists, and then, I enjoy a lovely day on the Kenyan roads, meeting lovely runners on the way, and having some fun after arriving in Marigat.
My book (in English and in French): www.amazon.com/~/e/B096QVMXWZ also www.amazon.fr/~/e/B096QVMXWZ

I don't remember if I said it in the video: The journalists are not to blame for my last minute change of plan, I should have told them that I cannot or don't want to answer the question regarding where I am going, but I naively answered honestly, making that I had to change my plans, probably for the better, as the road leading to Kabarnet and Iten is awesome. Anyway, please, don't blame the journalists for that. They were very nice to me, and I had to change my plans only because of my own lack of thinking when answering their questions.

In Kenya you first met cushites (who also live in Eritrea, Somalia Djibouti and Ethiopia) then a few nilotes the Samburu. Then Bantus(who are also the majority in East Central and Southern African countries)south of Isiolo all the way to Nakuru. In Baringo you are in predominantly Nilotes land that extends to South Sudan and beyond.

Kenyans have actually revealed your identity due to their huge presence on social media😂😂 Everywhere you go from now, people will recognize you, which kinda sucks for a real adventure. Anyway, travel safely

@@jereking254 True, and I've realized that the videos he's posting now are about 2 months old if you consider an interview he did in Nakuru. I believe the due is not currently in Kenya

Thank you for sharing the video. I am yet to use that road as I use the Nakuru-Kericho or Nakuru-Eldoret mostly. About Strong Spine, I'm impressed by what he does. My mum is soon having her spinal treatment and we hope for the best. Proud of what Brian is doing. I'll be following him. Someone said that we are temporarily able-bodied. Nobody knows tomorrow.
