After years of searching, I found my dream car. After a 30 year slumber, I got it running and got it back on the road…I had no idea that a future wreck in this Charger would lead to finding bone cancer in my right arm just before it turned deadly. Stay tuned for part 2!

What a beauty she was. Feeling just a bit paranoid about taking out my 70 Challenger R/T. I've had a few close calls with my cars, even on country roads.

Thank you! I know the feeling! Thats one of the main reasons why I have started to gravitate toward patina cars lately! I’m paranoid of damage to really nice paint!!!

The last radiator rebuild I had done was around $75 in 1994. WOW times have changed!

The HD cooling radiator in my Valiant sedan came from a junkyard. Radiator, shroud, & clutch fan were about $25. Had the thing boiled out, pressure tested & slight seam leak soldered for $80. That was about 4-5 years ago, luckily it's still doing fantastic and I know it's almost impossible to find a radiator shop...

There used to be radiator shops all over the place but now there’s only one that I know of in the city of Wichita, which has 500,000 people.

It's getting harder and harder to find your dream car without the seller asking too many dollar signs. That and there aren't a whole lot of them for sale anymore.

Man , That Charger would have made the "survior's tent" at Chrysler's at Carisle or the Mopar National's and been the toast of the Show. To have a Surviving >Red< Charger is a feet in itself then add The White top and interior. Most Charger were Green on Green or Bronze and tan interior. Sorry about the lost most people would have just took the check without finding out were it went from the Kansas Iaa auction. For you to find out it's in Lebanon, I'm guess the one near Isreal oversea's, is unbelievable and restored already and on the road, Look's like it's R4 Tor Red now.

Yeah, it was such a cool survivor. I am still shocked at the condition that it was in. It does look like he change the color a bit, but that color looked very different whether it was in shade or sunlight. I have pictures of it that make it look like two entirely different colors depending on the sunlight.

@@amostlymoparfamily that’s good, I would love to have a 68-70 charger but they are so expensive even needing a full restoration. I had my chance to buy one for $7500 back in 90s but I chickened out
