All those crazy huge, over-the-top houses so many celebrities have. If I had that kind of money, this is the sort of place I'd want. High end finishes, but not overdone or so many rooms and hallways you could get lost.

Is this a gated community, is there an HOA payment, how large is the lot, can a pool and fence be added? Snow removal and lawn maintanance, whos responsible? I prefer my own w/d and a guest set. I hope the glass used on the staircase is impact resistant and shatter proof. I love it, keeps an open feel even in stairwells. I saw this home a year or so ago listed at over $1.6 mil as a 2 bdrm, i like the western rear exposure, nice sunsets.

Nice house. Fire the lighting designer right off the bat. The layout is a bit tired with a rabbit warren of rooms and so many of the same "design" elements used over and over and over again. Over all nice but have seen that before. One special note, the wide roof eaves! Good! Very good! It protects the house from the elements.

No to the laundry room! Too much noise and I would rather have it close to the mudroom/garage. I’m from the south and one thing I noticed is that a lot of homes in Michigan have the master and laundry upstairs not on the main floor. To me it’s a deal crusher.

I don't understand designing homes with the front of the home being a garage entry and parking pad. I understand limited space, but I would never buy a house unless it has a side entry garage. It's unappealing to the eyes, and since most people leave their cars outside, it makes for a very messy and crowded look and feel to a home/community.
@PaulWolfert5 ай бұрын
It's 100% a limited space thing - the driveway situation would be my only real complaint about it.
