Michigander here, damn what a beautiful home and I LOVE the layout! As for the tour I have to say, there are too many doors you skip pass and dont open. I was very curious what was behind a few doors but you just walk passed them, and I believe you didnt show what was to the left side of the kitchen. Also wheres the fridge? You didnt open it. Future videos you should show every area, but other than that, good vid and awesome home!

It's a beautiful layout with one large glaring issue.....why did they put a small "formal" living room directly off the entry. They should have made a proper foyer (even if it was on the smallish side) and use the space for a study or home office. I can see a new homeowner building a wall and french doors to close off that "formal living room" area. No need for that living room space since the great room in the back (Fam rm, kitchen, casual dining) is all right there. Nobody wants formal living rooms anymore...the world wants a study or office instead.

This home is most likely in Royal Oak, Beverly Hills or Bloomfield/ Bloomfield hills Michigan area. Which will probably run about $300k to $400K, possibly up to $500k. That's not very affordable. Please provide real estate listing link before describing it as affordable.

@@PurplDrank yes sir, it really is affordable. you have a great city with excellent parks, schools. The downtown has some nice restaurants and markets. everything is really close to you in any direction. you dont have to worry about crime. you should move here i think you would love it.
