Hello - a few tipps for your gameplay here aswell. First (little spoilers but should be fine cause you asked indirectly). The spiral plant thing which you need for the deepthmodul upgrade of the seatruck. You can find it in the purple vent biom (its like below 160m and there are like little purple volcanos all over the place). There should be some plants. You have to knife them and then you get the thing you need. The plants look brownish to whitisch. Second (and i hope this is not to much backseatgaming). You probably can get everywhere with your vehicles. You shouldn't need to swim like 300 meters deep with just o2 tanks. Sure it works, like you could craft 10 o2 tanks and swim like 1 km deep. But that is not how the game intent it. If you have something which is to deep to reach with your seatruck, try to get upgrades for it so you can go deeper. That makes the pace a bit better and i thought the moments where you dived deep and nearly died then aswell, these where a bit boring. Cause you forcefuly die without thinking to survive, if you know what i mean. But you should play the game how its fun for you. Sadly the early game with the oxigen plants teach you that you can swim alot without vehicle. But this should not be true for the later game. Third (and i'm 99% sure on that) you can reactivate the signals like in subnautica 1. You lost track of the volcano entrance and this is a really good source for diamond and ruby. And maybe you can find there a interesting thing or two should try to get the waypoint back so you can easily revisit it. Thanks for the great videos and sorry for the wall of text.

Tip. Free batterys in the floodlights you come across. You can take them out and keep them.

If you are desperately thirsty, cooked fish gives a little water. You can use your knife to cook the fish. You can also stack the containment unit if you stacked multipurpose rooms.

You actually can stubbornly finangle your Seatruck in through the Koppa Mining Site door. Go to the top of the door where it’s a tiny bit wider, attempt to go straight in until the Seatruck becomes horizontal, then move your camera around until you turn mostly left. Then you should be able to hold “c” and straighten out your camera. I don’t know if you can get out through the doors; I’ve always gotten out through the lava geysers and never even tried via the door.

You can go in with the prawnsuit and its way better because if you have the drill arm you can mine raw ores

You need to get into the last room of the mercury to scan the 3rd parallel processing unit to further the story. You use the repulsion cannon to unblock the door. Then when all is done you can make test module for the tower on the island. Then you get instructions to continue the story. Keep up the great work, loving your vids.

if a ship is large enough it will survive the shot from the weapon. the aurora and the mercury II were huge, but the sunbeam was much smaller and was totally vaporized. in the trailer, the degasi was smaller than the aurora but larger than the sunbeam; surviving the shot, but then it hit the water.

noticed you changed title for this episode it was ' I found sea monkey eggs' there is an architect sight down in the mine to see and scan also its better to build containment tank in large room it will hold more fish for you

If you hold your sprint button while crafting something in fabricator you will be able to navigate through menu while crafting. And I am sure that you have picked up seatruck perimeter defence system module you should definitely install it

Just wanted to let you know that the alien containment does have a max capacity. According to the BZ wiki the capacity is determined by inventory space. So for example bladderfish take up 1 inventory slot and therefore 1 containment slot while the bigger 2x2 eggs take up 4 invintory/container spots. When you have an alien containment in a multipurpose room the max capacity is 10 spaces. In a large room it's 18 spaces (imo that's a huge increase for the same 5 pieces of glass!!). However it sounds like it only stops breeding, so I think you could hatch like 20 slots worth and eggs you place would still hatch and nothing would die, but they wouldn't breed anymore (which defeats the purpose of the bladderfish in there). You can stack to double the capacity, so if you put another multipurpose room on top of the one you have and add an alien containment your capacity goes up to 20. Or just make 2 unconnected, one for food/fuel fish that breed and one for your hatched friends. Anyway, just wanted to let you know. Also I am curious if the pengwing will grow up and look like an adult eventually!

I think that big gray egg is a squidshark and if you build a large room and you place a aquarium into it gets bigger,i played a bit with the placements and its possible to create a looped aquarium
