I think those stats are very interesting, and are the best way to answer this question that I've seen. Too bad you haven't done it for all Pokemon, though that would be a lot of work. That being said, I would maybe include Mythical and Legendary as a points-awarding formula, and divide the total of each Pokemon per number of generations they've been around in order to have a one-generation average and make sure to lessen the recency bias. So, Thrubbish's points would be divided by 5 (been around for 5 gen), and Snorlax's by 9.

Yeah I could see that. I tried to favour old Pokémon as that’s what I feel the company making the games does. So I didn’t try to even the playing field. Though I do think that be an interesting way of doing it.

I think the least loved mon by the community has to be Watchog. Is bland, ugly, weak and obnoxious to face, having next to no google searches. The only memorable, non hair-pulling thing It has done is being an actual challenge from Lenora. It is used quite a bit during gen 5, but only by 1 trainer in gen 6 (I think it was a random ranger) and not a single one afterwards. Still not usable after dexit and is not a starter or mythical, so that's a big selling point against it.
