There are no electric poles on the premises on any of the buildings , there is one solar panel thats linked to a borehole I suspect is for construction purposes. No water pipes , I saw them putting pipes in the demo house with no mains to connect to. The rain water culvets are basically trenches no concrete in sight.(Pertinent because the site is downhill from an elevation all the water will flow into the southern side of property)

@@MrZim263 no am not saying the other clusters are cheaper but what am juss trying to say is these land developers are too greedy, they buy that land from the city council at less than $5 per square meter but they sell the land at more than $25 per square meter and say that we will put infrastructure at our own cost , which in actual sense they won’t do, why is land in Zim being so overpriced as compared to other countries in the region who are actually having far much better infrastructure than us, so comparing that price with other land barons or land mafias isn’t the point here, those clusters are overpriced their actual value if everything is being done by the book is maybe 30k tops, but because we are Zimbabweans we want 300% profits we always shoot ourselves in the foot, I will give an example Leengate is selling stands at Arlington at about $75 per square meter if not more as of now, meaning for 2000sq u will need 150k which is rather insane, but at the same area which was sold before Leengate got into business I bought a stand of the same size for $47k 2 weeks ago, which is 3 times less the land baron price, so let’s not applaud kubirwa tichiti zviri fair no, do u know kuti with that 50k u can buy a very beautiful house in South Africa on at least 500sq not on a cluster stand? Do u know that with 150k u can buy a house in the UK where land is almost extinct, not kuno Kwekuti we still have a lot of land, we are abusing the US dollar period

You're right and it's sad when they call this affordable, but truly speaking this is not affordable to an ordinary Zimbabwean not everyone has access to that kind of cash or can get a mortgage, we do not have a proper credit system were an ordinary person can get a mortgage And buy a house, and yes they're modern houses in High density areas I bought a dilapidated house in budiriro on a 500sqm land, refurbished( something that i learnt in the diaspora)brought it back to life solar, borehole walled and gated and its 1 of the many beautiful houses in budiriro and im proud of it.
