@@johnjeffreys6440 Probably because keeping an eye on all of them without having them destroy the truffels they might find could be hard. He had only one dog with him and he basically lost 50% of the findings. That's what I assume is the reasoning. And maybe once there are more than one they become more interested in playing than sniffing out mushrooms. 😁

What a fantastic Video. I would have given this one 1,001 thumbs up if possible. THANK YOU to the kind Prodan family to share their business venture with everyone. My family loves Truffles. We use them mostly during the holidays, or family celebrations. Especially for Truffle Risotto, and Alfredo sauce pasta's. We use a lot of truffle products. Oils, Vinegars, and Truffle Salt. Here in America, Truffles mostly come from the Carolina's and Pacific Northwest. There are a few different kinds here. Black truffle; Winter Truffle; Summer Truffle; Burgundy Truffle; Bianchetto Truffle; Oregon White Truffle; and Pecan Truffle. That I know of. I am not an expert in that area. I'm a basic organic commerical grower/ farmer. Thank you again Alex. These Videos of your ventures are so educational, and we learn so much from them. it's very appreciated.
