Placement matches werent doing anything, in the menu i saw ''unranked, xx matches out of 10'' but after winning or losing a match it was just showing my old rank, ranking that one up and down. After 10 placement matches nothing changed except i didnt see unranked anymore. Idk if im just stupid and dont know how the ranking system works exactly or im right.

How placements work didn't change, they just don't hide the rank anymore (partly because I think it was causing confusion). You only can move so much during your 10 placement matches (up or down) and it's common to end up where you were last season.
