📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
100 g (¾ stick + 1 tbsp) butter
100g (½ cup) sugar
3 egg yolks
180 g (1½ cups) all-purpose flour
3 egg whites
pinch of salt
Lemon peel
Filling:
8 egg whites
300g (2½ cups) powdered sugar
300 g (2 cups + 2 tbsp) almonds
1 cup Madeira wine
300g (10½ oz) dates
Molding:
200 g (1⅔ cups) powdered sugar
4 tbsp lemon juice
Recommended baking pan size: 27 cm x 18 cm (10.6 in x 7.1 in)
Bake:
180°C (356°F)
5 minutes on top/bottom heat, then 60 minutes
