That custom frame of the 92' set is so awesome, I had to get my set framed too. No Michaels in my town, had to go to hobby lobby. Cost me $360, but it was not glued, it has little, clear, corner pockets to hold the cards.

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHH!!!! That looks so good!!! My only qualm is you can't see the back. How unbelievably cool would it to be able to sing that open from the wall and have a transparent back-side so you could see the backs of the cards as well.

That’s dope. I remember when I use to sell snocones on a Saturday at the flea market an by the end of the day my uncle would pay me out for the days work and then head over to the spot where they would sell the packets for these cards. Scoop a couple packs up along with the marvel universe series 4 connecting cards. Fun memories.

The most expensive cards ever lol. I remember the 6 promo cards my gift shop had for sale. Psylocke, Cap, Spider man, Hulk, Silver Surfer, Wolverine. 10 dollars a piece. They looked more realistic than the rest that followed.

Love it. The cheaper class will make them fade. The expensive glass is UV resistant. This set color pops and after 2 years it will be faded. Got to keep it in a no sun room. Props tho, I collected these in 92. Got wolverine and Spider-Man prototypes. :)

I like the check list bottom right. I would have all the cards with yellow in them forming an X in that poster, so they would not have been in order. You can create art with bottle caps by turning them and having different caps, I've seen this in art buildings in college.

@@GemMintCollectibles I love the closeup Thanos painting the best. It reminds me of the Thing card from the 1992 set. The commentary and little story about the 1992 set was very interesting. Its a shame that they made the 2016 and 2018 sets so inaccessible. I had so much fun collecting back in the 90s, spending way too much money on packs only to get dupicates, hunting down those last 2 elusive cards that weren't in any of the local comic shops, only to find them at some random flea market. I would love if they did another mass market set.

Nice set costumed framed. The 92' Masterpiece in my opinion is the best set. I hear other people say the 93' set is better but from the looks, no way. The only problem I have with the 92' set is it should of had more characters....only 100. It should of had like 150, there is alot of characters in the marvel universe.

That Marvel Masterpieces 1992 card frame is Amazing! Cool! Next set to frame should be Marvel Universe Series (1992) with the Space in the background. The whole 200 cards are supposed to somehow connect. i think 10 in a row or something.

Dude 90s rocked I love all the Marvel Masterpieces. I dont have the hella rare one u also made a video on but. I love my '90 - '93 Marvel Trading cards. Like u I got them for nostalgia. When I was a kid I collected all the Marvel cards hard core. Every month at my local fire house they had a sport memorabilia and trading card show. And Marvel cards were also available as well so that show I looked forward to every month. Even though very quickly u were just getting packs of mad doubles this was the thing that got me into comics. And maybe when the Apocalypse does come and these cards are actually hard to find they might be worth something. But I think even if they were I would not sell them.
