They only say Aurora because it depends where you are in the world. In the northern hemisphere it's Aurora Borealis, in the southern hemisphere it's Aurora Australis.

I found a polluted wasteland, and made it e volcanic wasteland. I loved this map for introducing rivers of lava and so many brutal and heavy-duty terra-reforming devices.

Just remember to not accidentally create 5000 continuous miles of kelp, currently Florida is dealing with that problem. Also, fun fact, that rotting egg smell at the beach? Yeah, that's the smell of rotting kelp or sargassum, which off-gasses hydrogen sulfide, which is why the open ocean doesn't smell like that, it's only areas like beaches where the dead and dying kelp washes up and decays in one place.

That would require a lot of work, since all maps in the game are preset. They would have to add some kind of new game mode, that supports Steam Workshop custom maps, or could at least randomly generate one. It would be great to see it though.

Maps are randomly generated, aren't they? I've seen some variation on them in some playthroughs, in any case it should be easy to make a different (procedurally generated) map because the tiles are seamless
