Hey just wanted to say congrats on making the decision to go on a more plant based diet and giving up added sugar. That's a lot to give up at once. I am also currently giving up added sugars and it is not an easy thing to do. I have found that reading about the affects of sugar has helped. Currently reading The case against sugar by Gary Taubes so far I find it very informative. 😊

Thank you for the recommendation! I will definitely look into that book. I've been struggling to remotivate myself. I think reading about the negative effects of sugar will help me, as well.

I made vegan German cheesecake and it was delicious, but it contained soooo much sugar and plant based fat! You can eat so unhealthy as a vegan it's ridiculous!
