Being objectively correct is the best kind of correct. One thing to consider with cloaks in hot weather is that they are AWESOME at keeping the heat out and the person cold. While doing a shoot for my cloak video during a heat wave, I was surprised by how cool it was inside the cloak compared to outside.

As a Canadian with a hooded cloak I’ve worn it over a t-shirt and shorts in -25 degrees Celsius(that’s -13 Fahrenheit) and I felt warm, I’ve also done the opposite and was fine in +25 Celsius(+77 degrees Fahrenheit). I support its supremacy.

Good analysis but I think you should've included another factor: The choking hazard. Basically if the apparel was caught on something how easily would you be able to tug free? If you were falling from the sky and a sturdy branch catches onto your cape, you're toast. A cape hangs on to you via your neck and shoulders which is basically a noose with some fancy fabric attached. Like in the words of Edna Mode: "No capes!" (I still believe cloak is still the best though as I believe it connects at one point rather than two and is easy to snap off0

Actually, i'll do it myself, but instead of giving them stats, i'm giving them traits and passive effects: Hat: +2 Coolness. You know what this does, even if you haven't experienced it by yourself Backwards cap: +5 Arrogance, a trait that acts as a counter for the Insecurity debuff, but lowers your Reputation. Sombrero: +5 Facha, basically lowers the chance of getting Latin America'd, and a multiplier of 1.5x for Heat. Chullo: 1.1x multiplier for both Heat and Cold. Able to control Llamas and Alpacas Piercings: +3 Edge, a stat exclusive for Edgies, that is basically a merge between Indimidation and Sadness. Stackable.
