Considering their CA I wanted you to go another 4 years just to see who would still be playing at age 37. Also this squad winning another Euro at age 35 wouldn't be outrageous.

I did this as a project in FM14. Managed Debrecen in Hungary while taking over the national team once I felt ready to go for it. Managed to win the Euros, then capped the save off with a World Cup win over Brazil 2-0. Likely around the same time in the early 2030s or late 2020s. I was working with players around the 120-160 CA/PA mark though. Had to work with what I got in my intakes.

Hello great idea, you should try in the future doing one with countries like Romania and Bulgaria who got far in 1994 but struggle today. And maybe teams like Uruguay who have won it twice but are getting weaker every year. Great video!

My guess for why Holden shows up in the search for Golden is actually Ukrainian. Ukrainian pronounces g as h, so Ukrainian names with a g in it sometimes get transliterated from cyrillic with a g and sometimes with a h, for example the first name Богдан can be transliterated as either Bogdan or Bohdan. So I'm guessing their search allows for g and h in a string to be substituted for each other so people don't get confused when searching for Ukrainian players, but it does sometimes result in unintended results like this.
