Hi. I'm 69 years old, living in the south of Spain. I gave up all flour - bread, cakes, biscuits, etc - about 6 months ago and replaced bread with home-made lentil bread and chickpea flour tortillas. Both are very easy to make but I prefer the lentil bread. I was suffering a lot from the discomfort of bloating. The bloating disappeared within a week. Completely. I have since lost about 10 Kg in weight and fell much better. This works!

Das Brot ist magisch 🎉 ich habe es nur mit normalem Brotgewürz (kein Knoblauch und Paprika) gewürzt. Mein Brotgewürz besteht aus einer typischen Mischung aus Kümmel, Fenchelsamen, Anis und Koriander. Sehr sehr gutes Rezept und mega lecker 😋 vielen lieben Dank für das tolle Rezept 💝

thanks for sharing! both very good and easy recipes. for the bread - do you have an idea what I can use instead of psyllium? they really give an unpleasant texture. for the "tortilla" - we eat it with cream instead of tomato sauce. and we all like it because it's very versatile! I can prepare it for dinner every day of the week, and still not repeat same taste

This is very similar to We Cook Vegan bread made with the same lentils. May give this one a try as it has spices which may suit the lentils more
