A few of those youngsters had a current ability of like 45, if you used those on the 170s they’d be close to their PA straight away so even tho they have “low” PA they’d be a quality squad player instantly even tho it’s a bad spin 💪🤘

Wildcard suggestion: “lock them in!” I always feel sad to see your wonder kids go (and I don’t really care what happens to them once they’ve left the club, to be honest), so a way to keep them around longer would be nice. A twist on this concept would be to try to take a nation to the very top by creating wonder kids, instead of a club.

I always hate to see them leave, but thats part of the jeopardy because if they all just stayed i think it'd be a bit boring. Maybe there's something we can try though 🤔 its funny you suggest international. I am currently working out the logistics of an international wonderkid wheel with San Marino 👍

For some reason it was exactly San Marino that I envisioned when I suggested a national team wonder kid build. 😁 Them or Austria, so you could use Ralph again and he always seems to end up managing them, but Austria are a little too good already.

Based on your point about clubs not stealing the 170 potential players. Maybe do an experiment with no players locked in but one squad starting with a full 22 players at 170 potential and another squad starting with 12 at 190 potential and 11 at 150. All in both squads starting with the same CA.

Suggestion…. How about a flat PA - say mid-high 180s, the wheel chooses the position? Still go with the best name, some of them are pure gold just adjust their position to match the wheel. Bit of chaos maybe… like if u spun 5 mids in a row would the AI be smart enough to mess about with the formation ? I assume probably no…

Not sure if this is the "best" approach but surely those with the lowest PA are the best ones to improve, not because of their CA improvements but the team have a chance of making money from the high PA. Though I know this probably takes a bit of spark from the video as it removes funny names being picked, the indecision on who to pick, etc. but best strategy?

Oh yeah that's definitely the best strategy without a doubt, but my favourite bit is the names haha plus if i went super optimal i think teams would win very easy

Now personally for me I would have used the straight to max CA on a GK because if you end up selling him the pc will probs sell him for close to 80 m but you would at least have like the best GK in the game for 1-2 seasons and for me getting a great goalie even for only a short term can change so many results in your favour that the team gets to a much higher point than with another position

Yeah, maybe 🤔 although i like the strategy of deploying it at the right time. Sometimes i spin a wheel, usually for a negative wildcard, so I can't manipulate it in my favour

You could do it with FC Andorra or Palermo, or if you do a VS it could be between Lyon and Saint Etienne since they are already rivals and need a rebuild

Did you notice they finished up in the Kevin De Bruyne stadium? 🤣 I feel like you’re shortchanging yourself with the contracts btw. You’re taking wonderkids and putting them on 5k a week so instantly they want more money and cause problems. Should give them proper money to see if they would actually stay! Also, one of the wildcards could be editing a player position. That way you can pick the best name and decide the position yourself depending on what the team needs 👌🏼

Haha i can't keep Carrick at the club sorry as Middlesborough is already recorded. They are in the first ever versus, against Sunderland in a battle of yhe North East, with the side quest of toppling the moneybags of Newcastle. It was a hell of a record and will be a LONG one once edited, but a whole lot of fun to make 👍
