You're slightly wrong there @ 2:32 Those are not "marker lights" - those are super primitive "info/warning lights" - to inform you if your turning signal is working, or not ;) Normally, in a modern car, you have those amongst your other info/warning lights - somewhere in the gauge cluster, but in this Cadillac they used external indicator lights on the fenders to inform the driver whether the blinkers were working ;)

In its original state this was a very nice car... but this one is just ugly. So sad its been gothed out

Each to their own, this was in very poor condition and had this not been done the car probably would have ended up round the banger track.
