This is my favourite channel, thank you for that. My friends told me I wasn't good at piano anymore and it broke my heart. Then I watched you and now I play as a part of my school (college) s band. Good job and please continue doing exactly what you are doing. x

Man, I cannot thank you enough for what you’ve done for us all here. I’ve never given money on Patreon, but you’ll be my first.

Thank you for breaking down this song so well. You take the time for us to internalize each part and give the perfect amount of guidance. I started playing piano during the pandemic and have spent the last year studying blues and jazz piano and I am amazed at the progress I have made since trying to learn this song with these tutorials a little over two years ago. Thank you for sharing your gift of teaching.

I do love these tutorials thank ya! But I want to know some more about the pedal control, I'm not really used to it yet and without it doesn't sound that good

Yer me to , just found your request after i posted the same request . Dosnt seem as though he answers though which is a shame as i quite like the relaxed way he's presenting it .

@@williamgreen1512 Yes! But I saw his last tutorial and he added tips on how to use the pedal, so I think he read the comments, I am so glad : )

Take it nice and slow! I find playing one section slowly every hour or so you'll be amazed at the end of a day but you need to keep it slow and steady and just enjoy the small progress. It's hard until suddenly it's easy!

Is there advice on the pedal usage ?! , I see people using the same pedal accents all the way through but my sheet music specifies that it isn't the same and a large amount isnt with the pedal .

How you remember the notes???
@MichaelMaiber6 жыл бұрын
I just remember the changes between parts and try to connect chords. For example: I remembered the second chord for the left hand like this: "The second chord has its base where your index finger was on the first chord". ANd then I chain them like this so I know where to jump. Also the black keys are the most important indicator. So in my head I think: "Okay first chord for the left hand starts in between the 2 black keys" stuff like that. Hope this helps!
