There’s tons of jobs everyday all you need to do is send your cv to every job you have experience with and ask for full time. While you are still working at your current. But don’t leave without a plan or no saving if you are the bread winner in the fam or have kids I suggest to find a new job before leaving. But for me, I have no kids and I was happy to give up my own flat just so I can start over again and I wasn’t bother by money. I just wanted to leave the toxic environment for the sake of my health. So different situations different way of dealing with. But you still cannot work in a place you’re not happy in, it will take its toll on you one day if you’re super unhappy everyday 🙁. I hope you’re ok.

For me it’s never the job itself that caused me stress but the people and directors. They always made me go above and beyond my job descriptions and used me as the new person to solve the problems that already existed that they were causing and would blame me if it was still broken even though it wasn’t even something part of my job.

I go to a job every day that makes me absolutely miserable. I deal with horrible customers that lead me to want to shoot my self every single day. However, much to much shock and disappointment, I found the meanest, most materialistic people in this new profession. They bully each other and the patients... it IS horrible. It’s nothing about helping. I look back and see how much my previous employer cared about corporate social responsibility: we built several houses with habitat for humanity, we constantly raised money for shelters and various charities, we did street missions-the list is endless . In my current “new” career while I work with vulnerable sick people- I have the worst working conditions possible. I cry every day on my way to work, at work and on my way home. The ongoing abuse from staff and patients is soul-crushing. The hospital could care less about the well-being of staff. And with Covid it is 20 times worse

I felt this way at my last job. When they put me in a job that wasn't for me, I immediately started looking for something else and put in my two week's notice a month later.

I was in production support for two years, and it was very stressful time. Then one day I decided to quit, and my company put me in dev. However, those two years in support completely destroyed my life, and I don't think I ever gonna enjoy my life like I used to. So my advice is don't drag yourself to a stressful job bcz it's gonna put a permanent damage to your mental health.

Exactly! I also feel like I’ve ruined my life and happiness with this horrible job I have. I wanted to quit on day 3, now I’m stuck there

I’ve been there. I worked 3 jobs for 4 years straight. No life. No social life, no anything. I persevered and now make bank, own 2 cars and have a solid foundation for retirement, no debt and looking to open a business. Never. Give. Up!

Where do people like you who say these things live...because where I live if you try to work two jobs they are both going to tell you to quit the other job or be fired

youngkey3051 so why does god give children cancer, or allow millions to starve to death?

millsathn either you’re trolling or you’re genuinely looking for help. People fear what they don’t understand and that’s ok too. Because I use the term God, don’t assume you know what my beliefs are. I used to be you. Research a little more and you’ll get some answers....

Beautifully Bree you struggle with reasoning. You don’t understand death or purpose of pain, etc. It’s all just fear. I’m not here to debate. I’ve done enough of that in my life. I would rather reserve my energy if you don’t mind.
