I hear the same from people who are 23, saying they're too young to get into it. Reality is, there are hurdles for all, but it can be done. You need to demonstrate the relevance of your past experience and how it leads into data analytics. What field and role are you coming from?

Im a month and a half into my data analytics bootcamp & are coming up on our first group project…. Any advice? 🙏🏽

When working in a group, demonstrate ways that you can verify the data is clean and the analysis has been thorough. Present your final work using a data storytelling structure. Always make the work re-produceable. You wouldn't belive the number of times if done some sort of cleaning/transforming process, thinking its a ome off. Only to find out something has changed and I need to do it again and I didn't save the process.

Follow an agile method while working on the project and try to upload the project either on your website, or tableau public (if it’s a tableau project) so it can be linked on your resume as soon as it’s completed.

don't come , there are plenty of tech Americans that can do this jobs . pic this , if an American gets laid off its not such big deal , But if you aint and you are here on a visa and get laid off on a cheap labor salary because thats why they bringing you and in a expensive city as NY and LA ,you are screwed ,Because it will be almost impossible to find another job for you and your visa will expired or most companies don't want to go though that Visa process because its Costly and time consuming , unless your are Elon Musk .
