Hello! Yes you can either design your files or purchase and use them to make your DTF prints, I know it can all be overwhelming but I do have sublimation tutorials and I also will be uploading a DTF dedicated video tomorrow for the printer and updates

What's What's link for support because them phone numbers and qr codes ain't showing up and feel like this is a scam because even on there site the support is not there and it's all Chinese the USB drives and there explanation is terrible and in Chinese so you have NO CHOICE but to need support and I'm a techy person 😅

These printers have been replaced from the epson photo printer. dtf printers these printers are made for very thin photo ink dtf ink is not suitable for these printheads thick white ink is not suitable for these printheads it is like silicone. when the printhead stays in a slightly hot environment, the printhead dies, that is, 90% printer dies before you get the money you pay, I say don't take any risk, but you know.
