Meet my new hamster! In todays video I got a hamster! follow my getting a hamster vlog as we head to pets at home. I adopted a hamster from pets at home adoption and would like to introduce him to you all. "Iroh" is a male Russian dwarf hamster (likely a Hybrid dwarf hamster) who will be housed in the IKEA detolf hamster cage. I have included a lot of different enrichment for hamsters into his cage to help keep him happy and healthy. I love watching getting a new pet vlogs & hamster vlogs so I hope you all will enjoy this video of me getting a hamster 2021.

Y U E 'S S T O R Y
Yue was my Russian dwarf hamster. She was my first hamster and i loved her very much. From the moment i saw her i knew she was coming home with me. She started me on a journey of research and learning about correct hamster care and enrichment in attempts to better her life, my hamster education and make her the happiest she could be. She is the sole reason i started this KZbin channel and i am so grateful to have so many videos and moments of her to look back on. Through lockdown, day to day life and mental health struggles she cheered me up and gave me a reason to smile everyday. She truly was a great pet and i will be forever thankful for the knowledge i learnt because of her. I miss you Yue, I love you always my little moon spirit. Xx

Albus is my male Syrian hamster. I decided i wanted to adopt a hamster in February 2021. i wanted to have the expirience of owning a different species of hamster so i opted for a syrian as i already had my Russian dwarf hamster, "Yue" at the time. I found an hamster adpotion advert for him on Pets4Homes and he came home with me shortly after. His story before life with me is not a sad one. He was very loved by his previous family and they also advocated for great and correct hamster care. He is a cheeky boy, more of a shy hamster and is incredibly friendly and i am happy to share his life journey with all of the hamster community. Xx

I love that you decide to adopt instead of buying! My bf and I recently adopted 2 dwarves from pets at home. First one is Tofu, who was there for a bit over a month :( . Makes me sad that she had to live in that tiny glass box for that long. When we went to get her, she had a new neighbour who was called Jim Bob. A week after we got her, we went back for him xd He was renamed Juicebox by my bf. Weirdest name I have ever come across for a pet 🙄

Please can you do a video on exercising hamsters? We exercise Buffy every night for a minimum of 20 mins (with drinks breaks of course), she has plenty of toys/enrichment in her cage but still sometimes chews the bars! Is it for attention?
