Thank you!! Sure 😊 Here are my tips: • Introduce yourself and address the embassy properly; make sure it’s a FORMAL cover letter • Explain your freelance job in detail but don’t make it too long (how many years you have been doing it, what you do, etc.) • Mention notable brands you’ve worked with over the course of your career • State the countries you went to and mention that you never missed a flight (hopefully 😅) - this shows intention to return and really want the visa for the sake of leisure/travelling only • You can also attach some of your work • Personally, I think the cover letter shouldn’t be more than 2 pages. You want it to be precise but very detailed. No unneccesary stuff/paragraphs should be added Hope this helps! 😊

Yes, they do! You can ask the person who will contact you for the details 😊 But in my opinion, since it’s a sensitive document, better to give it personally!! But generally, yes, it’s an option ❤️

@@itsjustinesy i see. I am trying to get my mother and father to apply from Ilocos. The plan is, I will be travelling with my wife and daughter from Canada to Japan. My parents from Ilocos will meet us in Kyoto. I am trying to get them to apply for a visa. We are going there first week of April 2025. Generally, when would be the best time to apply? I saw info saying that the travel needs to be within the 90 days.

It depends on the agency po. I read that for Reli Tours, it’s ideal to apply minimum 2 weeks prior to your travel date. In my case with Visa Center/UHC, it’s 90 days because we also applied for a single entry visa and single entry visas have to be used within 90 days. 😊 So if you’re going on April 2025, maybe it’s best if you apply around Jan/Feb 2025. Hope this helps!
