Congratulations on the new job - it sounds like a great opportunity for you! The lighting in that space seems pretty good as it is, so at least you know that a ring light won't be an absolute necessity (but might be worth experimenting with). Even though it's a large space, there wasn't much echo on the audio. It was only when you spoke a little louder and said "was running out" at 7:23 that I noticed any real echo. Looking forward to seeing more videos filmed in that location!

Congratulations on your new job. Audio is good. There is a very small room echo, but it is so little that I didn't notice it before actively listening for it. Lighting is ok, but maybe add your ring light or something in front of you to soften up the shadows from the ceiling light.
