Thanks! This will be pretty tricky to pull off but I am feeling fairly confident so far. The Vq is a pretty solid motor, surprised they are not more commonly swapped.

I mean, no doubt the VQ is going to make way more power than the L28 and be more fun in general. The only real downside is the sound, and that can be largely fixed with exhaust tuning. I have a 1984 Nissan S12 I want to engine swap in the future. Debating between a VQ or a rotary. After swapping a 13B into a BRZ for a friend, I think I need one in my life.

Yeah exhaust will take some work to get a decent sound. Rotaries are awesome and sound really cool....just the reliability scares me.

@@EndMotive Once you know the right people, mod them a little, and run premix, they're pretty golden if you don't do anything dumb. ;)

Nice swap. Usually everyone goes with an RB or 2J, this is something you really don't see with these swaps. Cool swap, new sub and can't wait for future videos.
