A big day for me and my channel, WE GOT A PORSCHE! It is a Porsche 986 Boxster with just over 65,000 miles! We will talk about how I got it and what the plans are for it. Also just a general review.

You're living my dream. In Portugal, due to taxes, those babies cost 17K€+, and our wages are lower. About 6x the effort. I don't understand how young people in the UK, US, etc have any other car, when they can drive this. Honestly.

Hey great video. Provided the suspension is in good shape and well set up they really do take corners in a remarkable fashion. Had my 99 now for 9 years and still absolutely love it👍

This one is very good, it is the tightest car I have ever driven.

Be sure to do the boxster chop when putting that top down.

Pretty sure the last owner didn't, that is why my top is crap!

Porsche was not even on my radar screen but a boxster 1998 fell into my lap about 8 years ago . Arctic silver much like the one you are driving . It had 48k miles pretty loaded 5 speed . They have their issues but are surprisingly not hard to work on . I have owned many cars but I too was blown away by the driving experience of this car. Mine has the hard top that gives it the Cayman look when it is on . For what they are a sport car convertible roadster they are great . even the base model has plenty of power for 98 percent of people and the fact that it doesn't have means you get to push it witch adds to the fun . The handling breaking and steering are spot on nearly perfect and the nice sound coming from right behind you is nice indeed . These things are destined to be very desired down the road and especially the original first three years 986 series . The body style is sleek and gets better with age. Get one while you can and take it out and enjoy it some, they are a thrill to drive . Very very underrated

Also, the paint on the driver side intake is more than likely like that because the vehicle has been de-snorkeled by the sound of your revs

I have not had it off to check yet, I will let you know when I look. I have a feeling you may be right.

Sounds like for what you need to do it, not very good deal. I have a MINT, 2003, Custom Boxster S, 48K miles, with many thousand extras. Looks brand new… $25K… You should have contacted me…. 😅

S- Has glass back window, larger motor, 6 speed tranny. Lot more car than the base…

Did you just slam the trunk of your Porsche??? Oh no honey, we don't do that. By the way, that cover in the trunk by that Amp is your very big battery

I figured that out with the frunk, but I was still closing the back harder, I will correct my behavior.
