I have heard through the grape vine the smallest book ever written is going to be titled " what PeterBjorck can't do", basically a front and back cover with 1 blank page. You amaze every time 👍

Ah, many happy memories of playing Sega Rally and Daytona in the student union bar at uni in the 90s.

Family member of mine brought one years back, re programmed it, added hydraulics and a wrap around screen and a lid so you felt more immersed. He programmed it as a drivers school and taught his kids how to drive manual and different weather scenarios. This was in the late 90s, and as far as driving simulators go these days, i still can't explain how ahead of its time it was.

It’s like a clutch like in the old IBM taperecorders I guess…….and something for the piggy bank inside! You can split the belt from the other unit in the length so you can temporarily use both! Always love to see your videos if it’s Lamborghini engines or Sega consoles!

To get a super fast version of your car, run through the gears from 1st to 4th (ie, 1st then 2nd then 3rd and 4th in that order), in the car selection screen. You should hear a whoosh sound if you are successful.

Peter be careful when vacuuming or blowing air with a plastic tip. That can create static electricity and zap computer components pretty easy. Glad you got them running. Big nostalgia trip there :)

It's good to be a bit careful with vacuming or blowing air at fans, as they work as generators and if they get sped up enough can fry the electronics they're connected to

@djremotion220 күн бұрын
You can and should first vacuum clean those boards with brush head without a problem. Dust can create short circuit anywhere and also is fire hazard. If something is not working then you can start changing electrolytic condensators from the boards. Those will go bad with time in every electronics. If nothing else works, call ”Mend it Mark” to visit.. :P

Keep the CTR S! They can easy be fixed if they are broken. Old gaming systemes do look best and CTR and not any TFT or LCD screens. The flickerings on a camera is fully normal but it should not be anything you can see with the eye.

brilliant, i loved this game back in the day. theoretical question if i may, whilst you wouldn't do this because it would take away from the originality and potentially the value of the machine, is there a way to get more performance from the GPU and CPU and maybe put modern panels in?

Do not know. But i will try to keep them original. Now when they work they are OK!
