obviously that guy is insane.. definitely not mentally-stable person.. and he looks like foreigner most probably from Indonesia (based on his look). Bear in mind that KL has a lot of foreign immigrants from Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Philippines, Mainland India, Nepal and Bangladesh... so not necessary the person that you meet on the street is local Malaysia.. need to live in Malaysia for quite sometimes for you to be able to differentiate the difference between locals and immigrants

Bad timing ειχες Βασιλη οι πετρονας ειναι πολυ εντυπωσιακη οταν ειναι με αναμενα τα φωτα.Συμπτωση είχα μείνει και εγώ σε αυτό capsule hotel αλλα σε κατω κρεβατι και ειχε πολυ φασαρια οταν εχεις καποιο απο πανω.
