Its too bad premium dna has some good licenses... I cant support them after megalopolis stole money from so many people. Megalopolis pretended to go under only to launch a new company as premium dna to avoid having to fulfill orders they had already taken money for. I encourage everyone to boycott premium dna.

True! They almost took me for a grand. When i got a bad feeling about the company i asked for a refund, they strung me along for a month, finally i got fed up and threatened a lawsuit and filing complaints with my states AG and their states AG. Recieved my refund in less than a week. Then over the next few months heard story after story of others who werent so lucky. Ill never give them a dime.

Hatter, you rock, but I gotta say, personally I would never buy figures from Premium DNA, no matter how cool they are. This company and their toy lines were born out of the ashes of the infamous scammer company Megalopolis Toys, who ripped off thousands of collectors a few years back. I'm certain a lot of the money they stole or scammed from toy collectors went towards the development of their action figure lines, including the Mad Balls. If people don't believe me, do some research. I just did to make sure I wasn't talking out of school. The president of both companies has the same name. Unless there is some sort of major coincidence going on. Don't support this company Premium DNA until they pay back all the people they ripped off.

Youre not wrong, its the same dude and his brother. They were talking about acquiring these licenses for mad balls, barnyard commandos, and battle toads right before megalopolis disappeared. these things look even more tempting seeing in person footage of them ngl that laugh at the beginning was so Joker 👏👏👏👏👏 I'm not too familiar with Battletoads lore but I at least know theres 3 of them named after skin conditions. Rash, Zitz, and Pimple (which hasnt been made yet) so I hope he shows up soon! I personally love it when things are to scale in action figure form. like say Hot Toys' Spider-Man 2 Venom, and the giant figures that Haslab makes. I'm more into the 1/12th 1/18th scale figures, and in light of that I love it when a figure's giant, but in scale with those figures (Imna pull a Sheldon Cooper and share a fun fact: did you know that NECA's Quarter Scale Toon Turtles are 15" tall, while their upcoming Molecularly amplified Krang is 20"? he's meant to be a Giant Krang for the 7 inch Turtles but can work as a regular Krang for Quarter Scale Turtles! I Called it! I knew it'd be like that, same way I knew Masters Of The Universe Origins would have a Filmation branch, possibly since Super7 put out vintage style Filmation figures) HOLY SHIT! GENERAL SLAUGHTER IS ALMOST AS TALL AS HOT TOYS' PS5 VENOM WHO IS LIKE 21 INCHES TALL about the heads thing, I want to make this thing in the future where you pop a head onto it and display it like one of those trophy head things Turtles and Battletoads never crossed over, but fun fact: Battletoads was made to Rival the TMNT games at the time. They were like the Megadeth to the Turtles' Metallica. But they didnt have an angry guitarist who had a fight with the singer/songwriter lmao I adore how Premium DNA did what Storm Collectibles did with Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter: they make smt that's supposed to be pixelated, *not* pixelated! it looks great to me. I'll leave the pixelated looking figures to NECA toys because they've done a fantastic job at that (I grew up watching Pixel Dan's reviews on ALL of them lmao) I as a person with way too many Niche references and jokes understand the desire for Niche brands to be translated into figure form. like say, Killer Bean. both the movie *and* the game. same with Robbery Bob. I also would love just absolutely Niche characters of already made action figure lines because of how integral to a display they can be. lets take Batman: Hush for example (one of my favorite books of all time. best Batman story I've read so far) Medicom Toy has done figures of the comic via their MAFEX line: Batman (Black and Grey), Batman (Comic Appearance), Batman (Aerial Assault), Joker, Hush, Poison Ivy, Superman, Catwoman, Nightwing, Huntress, Riddler, Harley Quinn, and now Scarecrow! I don't doubt that MAFEX will also make Robin (Tim Drake) and Killer Croc, but at the same time I'd love a lot of those niche characters that I know a bulk of toy companies dont make: like Perry White, Lois Lane, Bruce Wayne, Clark Kent, the thugs that Huntress beats up at the beginning, Selina Kyle, Leslie Thompkins, Tommy Elliot, Lex Luthor, Lady Shiva, Talia Al Ghul, Ra's Al Ghul, Oracle, Harold, and others. Its sad that almost all toy companies dont do that, because I would love to have them in a big display dedicated to what theyre from. that and Id like to make a stop motion of Batman: Hush because I love it lmao (yk what else I'd love? figures based on the Jeph Loeb Tim Sale (R.I.P.) run). It seems that NECA is doing the niche characters thing with their Cartoon TMNT line, seeing as they've done so many characters that either you'd think toy companies won't make, or didnt even know existed! let's hope they do more, like Barney Stockman and the Mutagen Monster. also Mad Hatter, don't mind the fact that I do such big essays on toys, its a thing I cant turn off😅. if I was on my own budget I'd go all in on Battletoads and Earthworm Jim, because regardless of not knowing jackshit abt either game, those are damn awesome figures. and fun fact, it's usually the figures that get me into the brand they're based on! also I LOVE THAT RAILING JOKE💀😆

I'm seeing alot comments about Scammers and Megalopolis. You do what to want to do, obviously The Hatter did what he did. I feel sorry for the ppl that were screwed over. But it seems theres more to this story then "we got scammed" (legal battles, artists and sculptors stuck in the middle of two fighting coorperations, unfullfilled preorders and the fact these figures are abailable elsewhere including FYE) Please make up your own mind after doing your own research.

As one of the artists who was "stuck" in the middle of things with Mega.. I can confirm you are 100% right. There is WAY more to it than "they're scammers". Ben and Matt are great dudes who love making toys. They had some REALLY bad luck on their first outing with Megalopolis that was largely out of their hands. It was disastrous for them and their brand and extremely frustrating for all of us caught in the middle who had dumped countless hours into making the figures. And of course it sucks for those who ordered stuff and didn't get it or were unable to get refunded in the aftermath... I'd be pissed too. But as someone who had to ride out that entire wave from the inside looking out... "scamming" was not the intent at all... and anyone left hanging are left so because of the complexities of these sorts of business legal matters. As for Premium DNA, so far, they've been delivering on everything they've put up... Earthworm Jim is next and from the production shots they've been sharing, he's looking pretty rad.

Have you seen their Mars Attacks and Care Bears? Yes. Crappy company. The product is good and feels like a better Super7. I'm being picky about the figures but I plan to put these toads with Nacelle Biker Mice and COWboys of Moo Mesa with my TMNT. Probably put Captain Carrot from McFarlane with them too.
