Can also reset your own Jiho. most people wouldn’t but i play the deck with Terrors in the hidden city. A cheese card mostly but actually provides stunning utility. For one, my Jioh flipped back down is untargetable or whatever else i flip, And then when Meizen is on field, Flip Jioh while terrors is on field its a gg. All you need is 2 to 3 ninja on board for direct attack nightmare

Also Ninjitsu Art of Super-transformation is my favourite card for the deck. Can summon Amorphage goliath and Albaz from deck with it

@@user-wu8qc9bb3e Only konami knows the reason, but it happened after he made a video in response to a video by someone else that claimed you could "legally cheat" in IRL tournaments with the effect of Fateful Adventure. Of course you can't do that, but after he made the video explaining why, he got banned.

i'm running 3 kagero so i will have good extender to always make meizen/saizo + trap first turn, which is really strong than hanzo set 3 pass, so that my deck will not always relies on normal hanzo only. I even play 3 yellow ninja as extra extender in my earlier decklist but then i realised, yellow is not really a good extender

Ninjas are so close to being good but Jioh being a complete garnet makes it way too inconsistent. Hanzo and any special summon or one of the traps is like 6 interruptions and followup on it's own... but then if you don't have Jioh in the deck you have like 2 interruptions. It's weird that such a recent card is just a complete brick. They really need a good continuous spell that lets them shuffle a card back and search another ninja. Jioh should have just had that effect to begin with.

Doesnt notebook of mystery count as a “rota” kind of? Doesnt add to hand but certainly gives some similar advantage. Im still unfamiliar how to apply the Yu Gi Oh language to certain cards however 😂

Yes you are somewhat correct. Notebook sets cards to the field instead of adding a monster to the hand. ROTA in Yugioh terms is essentially anything that searches a card from the deck and adds it to the hand. This card is more like an emergency teleport for ninjas, with a plus side of setting a spell or trap as well depending on when you activate it. Notebook is just ridiculously good.

I malded so hard man. Almost every game he prosperitied, he banished borrelsword. Not a single game did he EVER search baku with hanzo, which is just a free +1, which matters alot, since you need to get a lot of materials to OTK with borrelsword. Like at one point he summoned Hanzo with the trap, but didn't add Baku, and then special summoned Baku off of Meizen the same turn. Like, you could have just special summoned whatever you search with Hanzo, you Minus for no reason. Idk, man. i understand the deck is hard, but man, did I mald sometimes.

@@classymofo1059 Theres plenty of ways to play Ninja though. Half the time if you suspect they have something in waiting il personally play in a way that you, the opponent might reas as misplays. but Ninja have some good sneaky recursion available to them, and the opponents cant do much while you are face downing their cards. Like he definitely missplayed. But it wasn’t too critical a missplay.

So fusing upon taking damage or enemy activating abilities, negates, floodgate ability monster that you can keep summoning along with negates and fusing on enemies turn just like masq, but have multiple in one deck, and smacks opponents life points directly isn’t strong? Lol. Idk man I played ninja a bit and i was doing almost nothing and negating and constantly summoning to the field….
