I absolutely adore this deck and have built both the stun lock and otk variant. The stun variant is a guaranteed win if you can make it, but the otk variant is oh so satisfying to play. This deck has little to no issue breaking boards and grand duke is a hell of a card. It just burns for 3k and gets big. Also dom-duke is just snach steal on legs so thats fun. One of my favorite things to do is; if i have hojo and dom-duke on the field i just steal their monster then fuse it with hojo effect to make momonaka for an extra interruption.

This was a rough episode for me. I don't think even the best showman on earth could make "kaiju/lava golem into full combo otk" or "turn 1 full combo into 5 floodgates" entertaining for me. I know the patrons get to pick but this really seems like it should have been a veto. Not only are the deck's play patterns pretty inherently unfun, but the complexity and obscurity of the deck means that a lot of us viewers won't even really understand the full nature of the gamestate at any point during a given duel. The zone moving thing is novel enough to offer something kinda of interesting, but not for 3 hours. As per always though I'd like to end on a positive note in case you actually read this and say that this is an outlier for me and I usually like your vids a lot, ladder climb or otherwise!
@HardlegGaming11 ай бұрын
I do read all the comments. And I appreciate the honesty. Unfortunately you seem to be in the minority on this one. Quite a few people seem to enjoy the complicated nature of the deck, so I probably wont veto archetypes like this in the future. As always though, I try not to do the same kind of deck too often, so now that we've had a big combo deck you can expect next month to be something completely different.
