I just got my braces off after 14 months! Its a bit sore at first & after every adjustment but you get used to it after your like 3rd appointment & the results are totally worth it!!!

Nothing wrong with having a dog indoor. I have had a Rottweiler indoor and she only went outside to use the bathroom or the winter season bc she shedded. Only people who are pet lovers understand. Enjoyed the video.

Getting braces for two years was the best decision I ever made, my dentist did a fab job at an affordable price and 3 years down the line I keep getting compliments. The journey is painful, I had to travel every 6 weeks for realignment and cleaning, but the result speaks for itself. Kudos.

You wouldn’t even need to wear it for 2 years. You’d be shocked. I had mine for just a year and my dentition was worse. It all depends on how your teeth moves. The after care is where the issue is. If you don’t wear your retainers for as long as you should, your dentition goes back to being scattered. All the best in your braces journey 🫶

No, it’s stuck on my teeth for the next two years. I have to brush around it, and every single time I eat something. You can eat anything, just not hard stuff like ice, bones etc
