Hey - if you feel shivery and cold when you’re really unwell it’s likely you have an extremely high temperature. It’s called rigors and it means your body is really struggling. Despite wanting to warm yourself up, take some paracetamol, strip off, cool shower or stand outside. Recommend buying an in ear thermometer 36 - 37.9 is normal if it’s 37.9 or above don’t wrap up. Look after yourself

If you have a temp, your body will make you feel cold which will give you the shakes. You are meant to take all the layer off not get under more. Just an FYI.. don’t warm your body up if you have a temperature x

Hey just wanted to say for the future that if you’re ever shivering from a temperature despite thinking your shivering because your cold it’s actually because your too hot and it’s trying to cool you down,you need to do the opposite of wrapping up etc and cool down🫶🏻
