The hybe mhj controversy did not conclude, the court granted a "provisional" or "temporary" injunction pending the results of the main case. So the court did not actually rule that she did nothing wrong, they said "it is difficult to say" and since her contract had a clause that says "every action should be taken to ensure she remains ceo for 5 years" then Hybe's voting right would be restricted until the main case concludes. As well hybe said they will not compromise with mhj but will take further action according to the law. And yes BSH is petty, he wont back down.

Mhj won that injunction mainly due to the contract clause that saved her …the court said she betrayed hybe but not ador….so the court said even though it is betrayal she done this in the interest of ador…people really need to open their eyes rather than reading allkpop which is nothing but rage baiter

Read the court resolution that is available on the official website. All accusations were dismissed. That HYBE believes that she betrayed them because she talked bad about them in some chats doesn't mean that it is a crime.

for an injunction the leagal issue about payment is diffrent from other cases. for this the winner has to pay the attorney fees not the looser. so mhj has to pay 99,5% and Hybe 0,25 % of the fee. there is a leagl paper in korean saying this. so now it make sense why Hybe gowent along with it. they want to ruin msj with leagal fees.

Hybe had to do so because they were becoming a Conglomerate during that process of finding out that Mhj had tried to take ADOR. I doubt it was a misguided thing. That was to show that Hybe doesn't want to enforce without taking any legal steps. Remember, Hybe asked MHJ to return the laptop and resign and she refused to resign; if Hybe had just sacked her, it would have been worse than here winning a temporary injunction. They had to follow procedure to show that they are not showing their power. However, they did show their power by ensuring that other people are on working with Mhj. It is the double edged sword of corporates especially when you are aiming for something big. I think this issue was more about the injunction which was brought up by mhj, Hybe doesn't have to pay. *Hybe was told that if they decide to sack her during the shareholders' meeting, that's when they will have to pay for $14M. If they don't then they incur costs. Mhj herself said that she doesn't have money now because she used it.* Mhj did not win on the case of betraying Hybe: In the court of law, what the judge said was that, Mhj, didn't do seem to hurt ADOR, however, she did betray HYBE(Check Statement from Hybe). If there was no wrong doing why did they sack the other two. There is a defamation case by BELIFT for bringing up ILLIT against Mhj too. I also think there is a criminal case against her for planning to take ADOR, which is the main case.
