Actually Stephanie answered her question about "Why she had to go through the accident ordeal?" When she acknowledged that her sense of gratitude for seemingly insignificant things like walking, breathing, getting dressed.; that's one of the reasons, learning more gratitude in general. We all need to be this way. The other reasons are recognizing her resilience (as she also mentioned), trust in her own passion about her dream turned reality, being reassured in knowing that her boyfriend now husband truly had her back, the reasons are many. In life, the Universe allows things to happen "FOR US", not TO US if we embrace the lessons. Life is a series of experiences to help us evolve into the best human beings we can be. Great interview as always, great guest as has become customary Derrick. Press on 💯

Best Advice: " saying it to yourself or someone saying it to you"
@djarabgh
@djarabgh 5 күн бұрын
sometimes Both have their own value, but I'd argue that: *Someone saying it to you* is often more impactful. Here's why: 1. *Personal connection*: When someone takes the time to offer advice, it shows they care about you and your well-being. 2. *Tailored guidance*: They can provide personalized advice based on their understanding of your situation and needs. 3. *Emotional support*: Their words can offer comfort, encouragement, and motivation, helping you feel less alone. 4. *Accountability*: You're more likely to take action when someone you respect is invested in your success. That being said, *saying it to someone* can also be incredibly powerful, as it: 1. *Pays it forward*: Sharing advice can help others grow and learn from your experiences. 2. *Reinforces your own learning*: Teaching others solidifies your own understanding and retention of the advice. 3. *Fosters connection*: Sharing advice can build trust and strengthen relationships. Ultimately, the best advice is one that is: - Sincere - Relevant - Actionable - Delivered with empathy and understanding Whether giving or receiving advice, remember to stay open-minded, humble, and supportive.
