折耳根我第一次吃时也受不了那种怪味。但是过一段时间再第二次吃时就非常喜欢。有的食物就是这样的，比如芹菜，小时候都不喜欢吃。现在觉得不错。

(2:45) fun fact: Chi gu is also known as Chinese Arrowhead and cigu, it is botanically classified as Sagittaria sagittifolia. This tuber is eaten particularly on or around the Chinese New Year, the same brief time-frame the bulb is available. Little boys in southern China have reason to hate it because in local dialect "cigu" is what some people call little boy's peepee.

Would be great if you could start a travel vlog on each of China's 56 ethnic minorities. No one has done that before and I imagine it would be popular to see how the ethnic minorities manage to live off their land and how they are thriving in modern China.

That's also a great idea!! As a Dai decent, I also want to see my other minorities brothers and sisters thrive not only in modern China but also how we tribute to the world. From one of the kind tea in the world like "pu erh" to sport like the Olympic, to the space exploration, how minorities managing our autonomous provinces and also how other minorities helping out minorities and improving overall life quality for everyone in the province like Heilongjiang home of Russian ethnic managed to open a free trade zone to trade with Jewish Autonomous Oblast in Russia(only two exist in the world, other one is located in State of Israel) and most important to me anyway, how minorities founded and created great dynasties in ancient china.
