Excellent video Dean. As you rightly point out there are other ways of performing LASIK at cheaper costs. The prices are still half of what I'd pay back in Australia, & as they perform a larger number of surgeries here, they must know their stuff. Congrats on your result

i appreciate the review, can i ask how did you book the package? did you just email them, click the link etc. As i believe ill be getting this in done within the next year. I just need to check im eligible with my doctor in my country. Once again i appreciate the review its definitely appreciated as a someone who doesnt speak a single word of thai

You can call the lasik center by phone, message them on LINE or on their Facebook page. Most of the higher quality private hospitals have English speaking staff.

I didn't drive or anything at night for the 1st week. But when I did walk outside at night, there was some halo effect for around 3-4 days after.

95000 TBH? that' like $2723. I did it in Iran and it only cost me $400 and that was with a famous doctor who studied in United States and who also frequented in national TV. It will cost you less to book a return flight ticket and Hotel and do the surgery and return than doing it here. I never had problems or side effects and it was couple of years ago. Don't waste your money with these Thai thieves who treat you like flesh. Go and do it in India or Iran... You can get high quality services at the fraction of cost even if you are rich it's still so much don't make these doctors rich on your dime

STFU... First of all, most people aren't going to Iran (no offense). Thailand is 1 of the most visited countries in the world (for both leisure and medical). Secondly, you shouldn't compare Iran's quality of healthcare with Thailand's. They are not on the same spectrum. And I didn't stutter. The price is 95k THB, which as I stated in the video is less than half of what you'd pay in western countries (USA, UK, Australia, etc). What are you on about calling people thieves? People have a right to ask for pricing and decide whether or not to do it. No ones forcing them to do it in Thailand. I also just googled "relex smile price Iran" and all the results say... "on average $950 per eye (or $1,900 for both)". So your claims of $400 for both eyes is a bunch of BS. And if you actually listened, I chose the most expensive option (Relex Smile). There are many other lasik procedures which can be done for a lower price 🤷‍♂️

When was the last time Thailand scored anything in International math or science olympiads. Name one renowned thai scientist or invention. Battery, Alcohol and Refrigerator are iranian Inventions. Algebra was invented in Iran. name one such thing that came out of thailand. don't you also ever compare Iran in terms of science (mecical or otherwise) to thailand. When was the last time an injured foreigner was denied treatment in Iran? do you read the news or you have your head so far up your ass you can't hear them?
