If you have already submitted the application, then it's better to wait for the instructions. Not sure how will you attach the results if you get the medicals done now. Maybe, you can give your UCI number, but I am not really sure. And to do the medicals upfront, you can call any clinic on the list of approved clinics and tell them that you need to do upfront medicals for PR. They have everything. You will just have to take your passport along, but even this you can confirm when you make the call to the clinic. As for the list of approved clinics in your area, you can find that on IRCC website. Google it, I am sure you will be able to find it. All the best

@@rovanmachado9107 we missed paying the fees for open work permit, so that part of application was delayed. we paid the fees a couple of months later but IRCC never got the chance to pick up the application as by then PR was approved. IRCC returned the work permit fees later

Hi Bhavin, a friend of mine was in this position, but when we researched we found out that the applications were getting rejected. My friend was afraid that the visit visa could impact the Outland spousal sponsorship so we didn’t apply for it. But the good news is that within 6 months of his Outland application, his wife got the PR. I would recommend to apply for Outland sponsorship and somehow spend 6 months apart. Unfortunately, I don’t know anyone personally who got the visit visa after their wedding.

Abiha mentioned that she is now married and she wants to live with her husband and not have a long distance marriage. In addition to that, be as detailed in your letters as possible. You are talking to a human on the other side, so explain your situation in detail and they will certainly understand and approve. Best of luck!

IRCC received my forms on November 9th 2020, AOR was sent on July 1st 2021, on November 2nd 2021, I received a letter from IRCC for medicals . And on November 4th 2021, I received pre-arrival services letter . On November 5th 2021, my wife received sponsorship approval letter and same November 5th 2021, I received applicants approval letter too. So, since November 4th 2021 that I received pre-arrival services letter , do you have any idea how long it will take to receive COPR?

Should we wait for sometime to make it more genuine or can i apply right away as initially in my PR application i had said i am married but spouse is not accompanying. Hello Marisha, yes you can do it yourself! You can apply for his police verification which takes a few weeks to arrive and meanwhile prepare the forms and proofs. Open work permit can be applied with the PR. It takes nearly the same amount of time to get OWP, but please check current timelines to be sure. They recommend applying together in the same application. The OWP fee was returned since they gave Abiha the PR directly.

I also didn't get any response. The money got credited back to the credit card. I applied for SIN and Health card using eCOPR. that's all is needed

If you have submitted the OWP request then check your account and you should receive it in a few days. If not, you can raise a request with them on the website and they should get back to you. Yes you can apply for the SIN and Health Card with the letter. That’s the same thing I mentioned in the video - you can get the SIN on the spot if you go to a Service Canada near you.

IRCC sends out an email with clear instructions on what you need to do. I am not sure if you have applied for in land or outland or if you are applying through a different method altogether. I can just speak to my case. I'm sorry, I'll not be able to give you a clear answer.

I am not very sure about it but partners share same status I guess. One becomes PR, the other also becomes a PR

Walikum assalaam Thank you for your wishes Yes, there was an income requirement. The sponsor has to attach notice of assessment from CRA(Canada revenue agency) in the file. I don't remember how much is the minimum amount, but it should be there on the website.
