I'm 51 and served a very long time ago. I left as a corporal. You're absolutely right. Know your soldiers. So proud of you. Hoorah Captain Hall! One day you'll be General Hall.

Girl you had me crying in that second ceremony 😭😭 I was gonna ask if that was your grandpa that was sick while you were in Poland. He looks sharp as hell in those dress greens!! 🔥🔥 Congratulations on Captain. The fact that you stress getting to know your soldiers lets me know you deserve it and will be an amazing commander one day (soon)!! ❤️❤️

This motivated me more to pursue a career as an Officer! I loved this video. I remember on one of your videos from last year, you were talking about getting out of the Army due to your grandfather's health. Fast forward to now, he pinned you as a Captain and he looks great in uniform. 😊 This video was BEYOND a blessing for me to watch. Continue to do great things for the military, your family and yourself. God bless.

example of DEI woke: In the US, a 40 year old mom graduated ranger school. In our brigade even if you are one of the fittest males you were discharged at the age of 30, also officers running rifle/intellgence/weapons/mortars plattons or companies.
@Leslielatrice7 ай бұрын
I may have misinterpreted your original comment. For that I apologize. I think I get what you’re saying now. But here you are afforded leadership opportunities regardless of your gender or race (DEI compliant). Sad to hear that Soldiers arent afforded opportunities they deserve based on their age or other things they can’t control.

it is very important with Diversity Inclusion and Equity. Make all black women captain regardless of their skill.
@Leslielatrice7 ай бұрын
Women in general are very skilled but to presume as a Black Woman I am not skilled enough to run a company is ignorant on your part. I have nothing to prove to foolish people like you. I’d appreciate you coming correctly! Maybe using correct grammar and sentence structure would help me understand better. Take care 🥬🙏🏾

@@Leslielatricethe reputation how extremely weak DIE woke the US Army as well as the USMC has become has reached all the way to the other side of the earth with the US armed forces hardly being operational during real situations anymore. I am native Finn, army officer veteran, with a language as different to English as Chinese is.
@Leslielatrice7 ай бұрын
@malinyamato2291 then maybe keep it positive!

@@Leslielatrice if there was NO such absurd DIE woke programs to remove most requirements for blacks and women in the US Armed forces, I would have belive that you earned your rank, but because you are both black and women you have checked all boxes that will enable you to get a promotion with no proofs of competency. In our armed forces we base all promotions on skills regardless. Not to risk my life I will never ever fly an US or European aeroplane with a black or woman as pilot or undergo surgery by a black or woman, because DEI and wokes have destroyed their reputation by forcing instutions to drastically lower requirements of non-whites, women, etc. Dont blame us, blame your DEI and woke madness for not us trusting that you earn your promotions. It remains to see how US Army with their BCTs will perform during next engagement having plattons, companies, battalions staffed with DEI girls and led by DEI girls. Homogenity and Unity is after all much more valuable than diversity. US Armed forces is going nuts and needs to get back to reality.
