Even though I had multiple opportunities for a Technical Analyst role along with projects and accomplishments in my first year, my college was not very supportive; hence I dropped out. I would suggest getting admission into an online program or a college that doesn't have any attendance norms.

I'm also in the same college you graduated from, I'm in my 2nd year and yes, I can say that the college environment is toxic and at the same time they are just following old culture, with zero growth. But the best part is they don't have any attendance norms and that's the only thing I'm enjoying the most, spending most of my time in open source and learning in public.

Yesterday was my first ever placement drive for full stack dev. For the first round ,there was a MCQ test, 30 mcqs that too just simple html css questions for a full stack dev role. I gave like 25-27 correct answers, but guess what, still I was eliminated from the first round. Only 3 out of 50 students made it to the second round. I seriously felt like, all the advance stuff i learnt, all the knowledge and skills i have, they just don't value it. Based on some shit shortlisting system you're just out, and some undeserving people who have never worked on a real project are there. I've decided I'm not gonna sit for campus drives ever again. Looking to work even harder, gain more knowledge, contribute to open source and I'll be following the thing "Learn in Public". Just want to make sure that i have the right skills which are valued. hopefully I'll make it !!

None of the colleges of greater noida are good. Ive got admitted to GL bajaj this year. Dont expect them to do anything for you. And yes follow the tier 3 scam video. That videos applies to Galgotias, GL, AKG you name it.

He is in MAIT. Mine too. Although for namesake, few teacher do say to maintain attendance but Almost all the teacher are hardly bothered by attendance. My Attendance in First Sem was literally 0. Second Sem saw an increase where it was around 5. There is literally no issue for it.
