That is your lose. There is actually some amazing deals on eBay, amazon, and facebook marketplace from third party sellers. I've got some really good steals over he years from people who either didn't know the value of the stuff they were selling, didn't care and just wanted to get rid of it, or some crap they stole and just want to make a quick buck.

I sent paypal a request for a refund as they never sent it, the seller of course didn't respond to paypal and they are a crook so paypal refund me. They automatically refund if seller doesn't respond with proof.

The reason people sell the original switch for more is for Homebrew reasons. The original switch had a exploit which allowed users to run homebrew while the "newer" nintendo switch patched it

Animal Crossing is fun. My husband and I got our switch last year for our own Christmas gift. I got Animal Crossing in April. I really enjoy the fishing and catching bugs. If your having trouble fishing, you can look away and listen for the "plop" sound and that hardly ever failed me! Also you can go into a house (if you see the light on or smoke coming out of the villagers house that means they are home) you can go into any building to get rid of the bees without being stung-well if you get there in time lol also when you craft you can press "A" to go faster (though im sure you figured that out after a few months)

And didnt answer my calls after I sent those and it was in a span of 20 minutes. We were texting constantly and then when i called him and he answered he pretended he didnt know who I was. I just picked up the lite at my local Walmart and i love it. I have a ps4 for playing on the tv so it wasn't a big deal i can't connect it to the tv. Plus maybe i will wait until they release a more powerful model next year since the graphics aren't the greatest but the fact that you can play on the go is very cool it's not like i can take my 30 pound gaming pc in my backpack and play on the go.

I've never been a gamer. In my youth I played some Zelda, some pickmin, and some animal crossing. When covid first hit, I bought a switch, and animals crossing, and breath of the wild, some other games. It was the best 400$ I've ever spent. The nostalgia alone. Breath of the wild feels like ocarina of time, and windwaker had a baby. And animals crossing is just a perfect game in my opinion. I don't play Zelda everyday... I'd love to find the ACNH online community. I bought switch online just for animal crossing and I haven't even be anywhere. I thought there'd be servers of open gates. I've got 6 plus gold diys, 60 other diys, including big teddy, bonsai shelf. I've got all fruit except apples. Also got a perfect painting up for trade.

Hold your net and shake the trees before you start chopping wood to check what’s in it! That way if you get a wasp all you have to do is press A when the wasp comes out of the tree. Don’t have to run around with the wasp chasing you :)

I know exactly what you went through because I myself just had the same frustrating experience. I couldn’t find a Switch anywhere and I almost ordered one on Amazon for over $400 because I wanted the V2 docking switch so bad but I too was afraid of scams. After calling GameStop’s and visiting several retailers without a Switch in sight I gave up and bought the Switch Lite. Although I can’t dock and play on my TV I’m happy with the Switch lite and I hope you’ve enjoyed your Switch after going through all that trouble finding one.

The older one does have less battery life, this is because they used a different CPU in that one. I would prefer that one over the new one because on the old one you can download your games of the internet instead of buying them. Saves a ton of money 💸

The old version is better to some of us because it’s the one we can mod without a soldered chip. Not piracy, I don’t do piracy, just way too many animal crossing and Pokémon save edits. I wish hackers wouldn’t pirate current games, makes all of us look bad. Now we have Halloween coming up. I reset a bunch of times to get a blue airport and good layout. And now with my modded Switch I have a northern and a Southern Hemisphere island both Also you can poop if you eat fruit and get a toilet and sit on it. Wow. The same thing nearly happened to me when I tried to buy the Switch OLED on OfferUp. I went Switch-hunting when I sold my old Switch, and I found 2 people who almost made me do the same thing you did. They almost made me pay half of it now, then half of it later. They were blocked on OfferUp, and I decided to find someone else, until, I actually found someone trustworthy for me to meet in person. Next thing you know, I tested it, reset it, paid the amount, and everything went fine!

They are also available on the websites GameStop and they were also available. Either your dad was talking about the "mario kart and nintendo black Friday bundle" being sold out, which they did sell out fast OR he is just telling you a white lie because he knows he is trying to gift it to you. @@kittygarcia2467 Really? Game stop also had the fortnite bundle still available online cyber Monday (just two days ago). And I just checked just now and gamestop still has pre orders open for the gray joycons switch bundled with the free Mario glassware. It says if you pre order now you can pick up Dec. 12th. Which is pretty good as the gray joycons are now discontinued. The only way to get them now will be pre owned, buying the console, or from resellers. I think the problem is people wait til the last minute. There was an abundance of systems before black friday, and still some cyber Monday. If I were you id pre order the gray bundle OR just wait a couple of days. They will more than likely restock before Christmas because nintendo is greedy and looking to make as much money as possible. Also people will be returning some stuff they bought during black Friday when they over spent. I also recommend going inside the store and checking because the website doesn't not accurate represent the stock in store. Trust me, several occasions I went to target and the price and number of stock didn't match that on website. It would say sold out in store and I would go in and find one on shelf.

The thing is, there are a couple of stores, usually local stores like Walmart or target have at least a couple in stock but won’t show they have any online. True story I went to two Walmart’s the other day in two different cities. One had 7 in stock, colored version and the other store had 4 the grey version. Yes it was the actual switch with the dock not the lite version

I’m sorry you were scammed. I mostly just go to brick and mortar stores. When I do shop online it’s through Amazon or Walmart. I just ordered the Animal Crossing Nintendo Switch and Super Smash ultimate. (I’ll get AC game later) You’re pretty good at AC for a three day player. I play it on my iPhone 11 and haven’t built a house yet. Anyways, I’ve enjoyed your video! I always thought this was to girly of a game until I say the streamer “Avoiding the Puddle” play it on twitch regularly.

The white box original switch is way better than the V2 for one big reason. It’s hackable! The V2, lite and OLED are not unless you get a mod chip and solder it in.

i sell on offerup, but i dont do shipping... must be able to meet in-person in a secure location with cameras, preferably police station for safety of both. i think when you buy from these apps, you have to meet in person.. never buy online and have it "shipped" unless its a real retailer. i never bought anything "shipped" from offerup because the app doesnt protect sellers or buyers.

1st Switch - better screen by JDI Inc., better plastic and hackable. 2nd Switch (red box) - cheaper screens by InnoLux, flimsy plastics and not hackable. 1st is more valuable.

Anytime they say pay half now, or pay through a differnt method it's a scam. Always pay through the app like offerup, it's protected, I never would use anything else.

If you used your debit card through google pay, you should be able to file a claim with your bank up to 2 years from the date of the transaction to get your money back. Ask me how I know. :)

they are doing the same thing with mario kart live. some are selling it for almost 300. you can dispute payment as well I think its 60 days from when you knew you were scammed. play breath of the wild next you'll spend hundreds of hours walking around there exploring

What’s funny is it almost happened to my mom. Same thing on offer up. They wanted 200, but they said they would ship it, it was 12 midnight here, in Cali, this guy was in Florida, like 3am, it was sunday, he said the same thing send half then the other half when you receive it... we know ups isn’t open on weekends.. he said he was on his way to go send it. Just that itself seemed sketchy. So, she didn’t go with it.

I bought one for $200 literally couple days before the pandemic then they started getting expensive:,3 but then traded it for a MacBook Air, then sold it for $500, then bought 3 Nintendo switch lites used and with couple games with each one of them, so like $140 to $150 each sold games separate and the switches for $180 to $200 so in the end I made around $700 and bought the animal crossing switch for $280 for me >:3 and have $420 left over :3 literally pretty amazing for a 15 year old to do
