Thanks! I have had no issues with the eTorque. It’s a very smooth start-stop system, so I don’t expect any extra issues being that it’s only a mild-hybrid

@LuisHernandez-oj8ov I am really disappointed with my e-Torque. Just turned 2500 miles on my 2023 Laramie. I thought that the 48 volt electric motor moved the truck forward a foot or two, until the engine starts. In truth, it simply starts the engine very quickly (as soon as you release slight pressure on the brake pedal) which is a lot more than I can say for the F150 I rented, and it's better than most stop-start systems, because there is no delay. But even with the e-Torque, I am getting the exact same gas mileage I got on my 2015 Laramie (with the 5.7l Hemi). My old truck was a tad faster than my new one. Hoping once it is broken in it will be better. But my biggest complaint about the 2023 is the front seats. They have a suede insert that makes sliding in and out difficult, and I just bought seat covers. Worse, on long trips, it feels like you are sitting on a cinder block so I had to buy a thick wheelchair cushion.

@@davelevy4394 The e-torque is a “mild” hybrid - I agree and I don’t know why they even called it that. It’s just as you described, a faster auto-start system. Your fuel economy will not get better - the best I have got is 19mpg hyper-miling this beast.

@@davelevy4394 I also daily drive like a senior citizen (hyper mile, even freeway only) and have achieved a MAXIMUM of 19.6MPG. For a half ton, it’s not too bad. The GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2 gets 15-16, even a Tacoma is 18MPG.

I wish it was! The other headrest covers that came with it didn’t fit my large Laramie headrests :/

I can't imagine paying for leather only to install cheap seat covers over them. This guy must keep the plastic on the electronics.
