I just love all those photos!! Especially the sidewalk one! Love your idea of using disposables to capture certain special moments and memories. There's nothing like a real photo you can hold in your hand. Also I do agree with you about SF vs. LA. LA is more of a cultural landscape, more fun with others than alone, especially folks who live there and know the stories. SF is just so beautiful and mellow and the weather is *chefs kiss*. LA is interesting, but an ugly city in and of itself. Lastly..yes, I tear off the extra wrap pieces too LOL.

LA is literally the best city for everything but its also NOT a city you can just "Pull up and have a good day" in. You gotta be "City folk" and most people arent. But the earth comes here for everything, school, entertainment, travel, art, etc. Got the mountains to the beach to the desert to Mexico all withen an hour and a half. 150 different languages, cultures from around the globe (theres a "Little" every country on the map out here) we got every faith, every sexuality, sports teams galore, beautiful people everywhere. But I get it, its "Cool" to "Hate LA" and it intimidates people. But its the best city for everything you wanna do

Mindboggling that the sidewalks are all polka dotted, presumably discarded chewing gum. Thought it was odd that Singapore banned gum, now I can see why. Bummer about City Hall. I haven't been excited about LA or CA at all for 15 years.

Maybe go to the water company and ask for a map with numbers and you can get faster answers. I've used cat scale pamphlet to find truck stops. Also get a frequent fueler card you can use free showers fuel discounts?

It's so fun to see LA again! And I definitely peeped Koreatown as you were walking. LA is so sprawling that the downtown really suffers culturally, imo. Thanks for taking us along!

Silver Lake! My son lives in Silver Lake. I love that area of LA. I visit him a couple times a year and we always walk all the hill-y sidewalks. We have our best talks when we walk.

Love SF smells the food there has to be great. I was trucking and I was just passing through. When I lived La silver lake was predominantly gay. I loved in South Central and I will not do that again.
