Hot boxes are usually bad tbh. They fill packs with a bunch of cheap inserts to make up for the lack of big hits.

SirBarneyGumble I remember getting a true “hot box” in about 2002 of some baseball product(roughly when I stopped breaking and just got what I wanted on eBay) and every pack had a jersey or bat relic. Even a couple of autos. That’s when getting a jersey or bat relic was awesome🤣

The hot boxes actually tend to be worse from my experience of opening these. I've opened a ton of these but I think 2011-12 certified is much stronger in value and potential

Pulled a Cujo 1/1 Canada flag out of a 11-12 Certified. Certified was always fun to open. Cheap and you can get some nice stuff.

Better than mine.. I got two of those crappy certified signatures in my box.. at least there was a Super Mario FOG and a dual path to the cup jersey Couturier/Malkin as my other two hits.. I guess my box wasn't too bad.. just wish the autos were better.. I'd like to try another of these boxes eventually.. but every time I have the money, I buy rookie anthology instead..
