I know this is a silly croptop video and shouldn't be that deep, but your existence is like, healing to me. Fellow transmasc here. I have anxiety about needles. My first time took me over an hour to psyche myself up to actually doing it, but it was completely worth it. I still don't like the process of taking T, but it has made a HUGE difference in my life. I wish that i had started sooner. A little trick that works for me is to distract myself a bit with things that help me to feel more masculine. Have one of my faviourite games sitting in the background, even if it is on a loading screen, the sounds of it and glancing up at it can make me feel more powerful, and help take the edge off of the anxiety that I feel. Music can help as well. Not saying that these will work for you, but maybe you can find you own thing to help.

@@AdamK370 That's actually what I started with too! :) I had to stop eventually because my skin is weird and I started reacting to it. Make sure that when you use it, you are in a well ventilated area. One of the times I applied mine, I did it in a small bathroom with the window closed, and the alcohol fumes almost made me pass out. Generally I used an inside-out sandwich-sized bag to apply it. I had trouble washing it off of my fingers, because the gel likes to get into the crevices around my fingernails.. It was a little wasteful, but a lot safer for me. After applying it, I'd go into a space larger than the bathroom, partly because of the alcohol, but also so that I was less likely to accidentally rub my shoulders on something while it was still drying. Also make sure that your skin is fully dry before you apply it. There were a few times when I missed some water after showering, and putting the gel on wet skin makes it run off and make a mess.
